Baking paper and teflon coated foils

Baking paper, double silicone

• Destination: leaven, baking, freezing;
• Material: Baking paper of 100 % vegetal material
• Features: water proof, silicone of both sides, resistant to a temperature of maximum 290°C, resistant to multiple baking processes;
• Optional: any other size or personalization (logo print, colour, etc.).

Teflon coat foil

• Destination: leaven, baking, freezing;
• Material: Anti-adherent foil with PTFE (Teflon);
• Features: water proof, resistant to temperatures of -190°C - +260°C, resistant to 1.000 times of baking (under normal use conditions). It can be washed in the washer machine;
• Colour: brown;
• Optional: any other size.

Siliconed mat

• Destination: leaven, baking, freezing, sugar modelling, marzipan, etc.;
• Material: glass fibre covered with eatable silicone;
• Features: anti-adherent, resistant to temperature of -40°C - +300°C, resistant to 1.000 times of baking (under normal use conditions). It can be washed in the washer machine.

Mat made of silicone

• Destination: leaven, baking, freezing;
• Material: 100 % silicone, red;
• Features: anti-adherent, resistant to temperature of -60°C - +230°C, resistant to 1.000 times of baking (under normal use conditions). It can be washed in the washer machine.
