MDTR13 – industrial machine for cutting Turkish delight cubes for sponge cake, MATINA

▪ The machine is made for industrial cutting of Turkish delight pieces in cubes of 13 mm, for sponge cakes, cake, etc and in pieces of 13x13x39 mm as filling for croissants, etc.;
▪ Certified process of cutting with a multi-disc knife (over 7 times faster than traditional Turkish machines with one single knife- guillotine). The Turkish delight is fixed, it does not move and the knife makes over 40 cuts in one movement. When cutting, an anti-glue dust (starch and powder sugar) shall be used;
▪ Double cutting head and axis with inter-changeable knives (for various sizes);
▪ Maximum size of Turkish delight: 550 x 550 mm (depending of the product’s flexibility);
▪ Height of Turkish delight: 13 mm +/- 50%.

EC Mark, the frame and all metal elements which come in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, ergonomic working height and protection caps with safety sensors.
